It has diversified its investments in Agri and Food, Biological, Asset Management and Education sectors. Suguna Holdings’ main activities are

·    Continuous observation of the overall activities of the subsidiaries, and act in an advisory role to the subsidiaries

·         Build relationships and acts as a link between the different subsidiary companies

·       Focus on evaluating & identifying new investment and business opportunities across a range of business sectors

·         Act as the guardian of the family’s shareholdings in the group

·         Look for strategic alliance with partners to co-develop new projects and attain sustainable success

SHPL proudly records in its history, highly diplomatic and immensely proficient shareholders. The founder-brothers are Mr. B. Soundararajan and Mr. G.B. Sundararajan. Mr. B. Soundararajan with an experienced understanding of value creation and meticulous attention to details along with commitment chairs the Board and takes care of progressing the activities of SHPL, whereas Mr.G.B. Sundararajan, a highly skilled person with a outstanding track record of successfully implementing major business change and achieving set goals is the Managing Director of the group’s flagship company, Suguna Foods Limited.
