INDIA:

SUGUNA FOODS LIMITED:

Suguna Foods, is the flagship company of SHPL. Started in 1986, this company is the largest broiler integrator in the country, and ranks amongst the top ten poultry companies worldwide. SFL is integrated in poultry production, and encompasses of all the activities that lie between the producing of feed, to selling ready-to-eat chicken products. SFL is also known as the pioneer of the concept of contract farming in India. As of 2013, this company recorded a turnover of $781 Million.

GLOBION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED:

Globion, is a wholly owned subsidiary of SHPL, to produce and sell vaccines primarily for poultry. It started its pre-operation activities from 2006, and started full operations as of 2010, and produces both live and inactivated vaccines.

Location: Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.

SUGUNA INSTITUTE OF POULTRY MANAGEMENT:

SIPM, located near Udumalpet, is an educational institution under Suguna Foundations. The first batch of this institution passed out in 2013. This institution is the first of its kind in India, wholly dedicated to the study of poultry management, and apart from its experienced professors, the students at SIPM also benefit richly from guest lectures from professionals at Suguna Foods and also its vast infrastructure located in close proximity to the institute, which the students can make use of for practical classes.

SUGUNA CAPITAL VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED:

Suguna Capital Ventures is an asset management company of SHPL, in operation since 2006, which invests in and holds properties and investments.

INTERNATIONAL:

AMINOVIT PRIVATE LIMITED:

Aminovit, started in 2010, is a state-of-the-art feed production unit that produces poultry feed pre-mix for feeds.

Location: Ekala, Ja-ela, Sri Lanka.

SUGUNA FOODS AND FEEDS BANGlADESH PRIVATE LIMITED:

Suguna Food and Feeds, is primarily involved in poultry feed production and sales, and in chick sales. It started its activities in 2011.

Location: Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
